The whole experience was very good, nothing too much trouble, 100% recommend. Top-class hotel, exceptionally clean, very amiable staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Besides, the location was excellent and amazing for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Plaza Espana. The property was in a cute area. The restaurant was magnificent with a stunning view, we ordered appetising dishes.

Nothing to complain about, I enjoyed the stay and will come back. I was happy, the queen room I booked came with iPad, bedroom plus electric blackout curtains. The location was incredible, within walking distance of a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral. Located in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were extremely helpful and very amiable.

It was an enjoyable stay, nicely decorated and perfect place. Everything was perfect and I liked spa lounge. A gym, a spa and a gym were right on spot. You could leave a car nearby. The location was prime, just a short walk away from Santa Fe. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. The pool bar was superb.
